Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how the free trial, cancellations, billing, and refunds work on Rankblocks. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider and Merchant of Record.
Free trial
New accounts start with a 7-day free trial, no credit card required. During the trial you can use the product within the trial limits. We do not charge you during the trial. If you do nothing when it ends, you simply lose access to generation until you choose a paid plan, you are not billed automatically.
Cancelling your subscription
- You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing in the app, or through the Lemon Squeezy customer portal linked in your receipt emails.
- When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. You keep access to everything you have already created.
- After the period ends, the subscription does not renew and you are not charged again.
Refunds
Because we offer a genuine free trial before any charge, paid subscription fees are generally non-refundable, and cancelling stops future renewals rather than refunding the current period. That said, we want billing to be fair:
- Billing errors or accidental/duplicate charges: contact us within 14 days and we will investigate and refund any charge that was made in error.
- Something went wrong: if the service was unusable due to a problem on our side, reach out, we review these case by case.
- Refunds, when granted, are issued to your original payment method through Lemon Squeezy.
- Where mandatory consumer law in your country grants a stronger refund right, that law applies.
Add-ons and one-time purchases
Optional add-ons (extra AI platforms, prompt packs, extra projects) and any one-time purchases are billed separately. Once the add-on has been provisioned or used within a billing cycle, it is non-refundable for that cycle. You can remove an add-on to stop it renewing.
Plan changes
Upgrades take effect immediately, with prorated billing handled by Lemon Squeezy. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period so you keep the higher plan you already paid for until then. Monthly quotas reset each billing cycle and do not roll over.
How to request a refund or cancel
Email hey@rankblocks.com with your account email and the charge in question, or manage the subscription yourself from Settings → Billing. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
